- No refund after purchasing an account; instead, they can only be replaced if bad, provided that you didn't fail any of the rules.

- At the first trial to login an account and you detect a problem with the details. Kindly return it to the Customer care or the specified admin. DO NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD.
- Don't buy a product you have Zero knowledge about. The store does not provide training or advice on the use of accounts.
